Hiring PCM is a risk free arrangement for the client. Here’s why: We provide a free written Financial Options Report, usually within 2 business days after receipt of the Financial Information, outlining the terms of the anticipated new financing. We do not charge advance fees, and our fees are paid from the proceeds of new financing acceptable to the client, at the closing. No closing, no fee. It is entirely the client’s decision whether or not to close.
